The InVivoStar utilises a distinctively shaped clamping bracket linked to the positioning manipulator via a long but rigid mounting arm. This enables ultimate stability - and the stable manipulator body is mounted well away from the sample, giving you huge space to work. (different arm options are available).

Advanced control options

Pair InVivoStar with PatchPad Evo to monitor probe position continuously on the controller. The integrated display delivers real-time XYZ coordinate readout, providing immediate positional feedback at the rig without the need for a separate workstation.

LinLab is used to configure advanced control options, including speed profiles and movement parameters, while key functions such as fast and slow movement, memory positions, and Home In/Out are controlled directly through the interface.

For in vivo electrophysiology, this direct positional awareness supports highly precise targeting and confident navigation within delicate tissue.
