Scientifica SciLumi - White NIR

Dual LED light source for white and NIR illumination

SciLumi - White NIR is a compact, all-in-one LED light source that offers both white light and 775 nm near-infrared (NIR) transmitted illumination. The dual light source provides white light for use with eyepieces and, at the flick of a switch, NIR illumination to enable light penetration into tissue, allowing visualisation of patchable cells using a camera, such as the SciCam+.

The system features independent brightness control, stable and even illumination, and — as it is designed specifically for electrophysiology — ultra-low noise performance. The system replaces the need for traditional halogen lamp houses and blocking filters.
