Pause for a Brew, Stay for a Chat – Mental Health Awareness Week 2025
12th –18th May 2025 | Theme: Community
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we embraced the theme of Community by focusing on simple, meaningful ways to connect — starting with a warm cup of tea.
On Tuesday 13th
May, we hosted CommuniTEA — a tea tasting session with our in-house expert, Kate. Colleagues from our Uckfield and Maidenhead offices, along with remote team members, joined in to discover new brews, pick up fun tea facts, and enjoy a chat together.
On Thursday 15th
May, we took part in Wear It Green Day, showing our support for the Mental Health Foundation’s vital work in promoting mental wellbeing across the UK.

Throughout the week, we encouraged everyone to take a moment, grab a cuppa, and start a conversion — because sometimes, the smallest gestures can make the biggest difference.
About Mental Health Awareness Week
Led by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week is one of the UK’s most important campaigns for promoting mental health. Since launching in 2001, it has championed open conversations and worked to reduce stigma.
Each year highlights a different theme — and for 2025, it was Community — recognising the powerful role that connection and belonging play in our overall wellbeing.
