You’ll make a difference at all points of the product cycle when in Technical Support. With responsibilities including system configuration, pre-install right through to aftercare and training, you’ll ensure a smooth transition from product development to full production and sales. Your role will also be key in improving products, processes, and team knowledge. You’ll be training customers, too, and resolving their technical issues using our ticketing system, so strong customer service and organisation will be a priority for you. You’ll need to have a good understanding of optics, electronics mechanics, programming, and neuroscience applications, and hands on experience with complex capital equipment would be a huge bonus, but we’re open to varying levels of experience so don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes in the Job Description, we’d still like to hear from you.下载更多细节
