The role

The Rudolph Lab at Albert Einstein College of Medicine seeks a motivated postdoc interested in applying a multidisciplinary approach to investigate the cellular, synaptic, and circuit mechanisms underlying arousal and context-specific behaviours. Available projects will employ a combination of electrophysiology, circuit mapping, cleared tissue imaging, and behavioural testing in mice.

The candidate

Preference will be given to applicants experienced in in vitro and in vivo electrophysiology, computational skills, and/or advanced imaging techniques like 2-photon imaging. The candidate is expected to perform experiments, analyse data, present at international and national conferences, prepare figures, and draft manuscripts.
